Once you have selected the “Create Letter/E-mail/ SMS” option you will be displayed with the Template grid containing your list of templates. You can start this process from either the Configuration section – Output Configuration – Template or simply by right clicking on a property form and selecting Create a Letter/E-mail as shown below: Although you probably won’t use this option very often it’s important for you to understand how to create a new brochure from scratch if you want to.
